These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KAVERO websites, services, products and related support.
KAVERO is operated by Tedy Team DOO, Belgrade, Serbia, Tax ID / PIB: 112058971. In these Terms, “KAVERO”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Tedy Team DOO and the KAVERO service.
By using KAVERO, ordering a service, paying an invoice, requesting a website, using a KAVERO Biz Card, or communicating with us about a project, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use KAVERO services.
KAVERO helps businesses and individuals create or improve their digital presence. Our services may include:
KAVERO is a productized digital service. It is not an unlimited custom agency service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KAVERO services.
If you use KAVERO on behalf of a business, company, organization or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to act for that entity and to provide business information, photos, logos and related materials to KAVERO.
Current commercial pricing may include:
All prices are subject to change. If pricing changes affect an active customer, KAVERO will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer before the change applies.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in USD and do not include taxes, duties, bank fees, transfer fees or local charges that may apply.
KAVERO currently uses manual payment methods, such as bank transfer or supported local payment options provided by KAVERO.
KAVERO does not currently charge customers automatically through recurring card payments.
Customers are responsible for paying invoices and fees by the due date stated by KAVERO.
If payment is late, KAVERO may send reminders, limit support, suspend service, deactivate the website or business profile, or require payment of outstanding amounts before reactivation.
Setup fees cover work, preparation, configuration, design, content organization, technical setup and related project activity.
Setup fees are generally non-refundable once KAVERO has started work on the project, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by KAVERO in writing.
KAVERO wants customers to be satisfied with the service, but our products are personalized and created specifically for each customer.
Website services: A customer may request a refund within 14 days only if the project has not been substantially started, completed or delivered. Once KAVERO has started meaningful work, prepared the website, created the website structure, configured the project, prepared business content, or delivered a preview or live version, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly subscription or business care: Monthly service fees are not refunded for the current paid period unless required by law or expressly agreed by KAVERO. If a customer cancels, the service remains active until the end of the paid period, unless suspended earlier due to breach of these Terms.
KAVERO Biz Card: KAVERO Biz Card is personalized for the customer. Annual fees are non-refundable after the KAVERO Biz Card has been created, activated or delivered. A refund may be considered within 14 days only if the card has not yet been created, activated or delivered, or if KAVERO is unable to provide the service.
Custom domains: Custom domain fees are non-refundable once the domain has been purchased or registered, because domains are purchased through third-party providers. If a custom domain is purchased for a customer, the domain belongs to the customer, subject to the terms of the domain registrar and applicable payment of fees.
Google Business services: Google Business setup or improvement fees are non-refundable once work has started. KAVERO does not guarantee Google verification, approval, ranking, visibility, reviews or search results.
Customers may cancel ongoing monthly services by contacting KAVERO.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless KAVERO agrees otherwise.
Cancellation does not remove the customer’s responsibility to pay outstanding invoices, unpaid fees, domain fees, extra service fees or reactivation fees.
If a customer does not pay on time, KAVERO may send payment reminders.
A website or service may remain online for up to 60 days after a missed subscription payment, at KAVERO’s discretion. This is a grace period, not a permanent right.
After 60 days of non-payment, KAVERO may suspend, deactivate or move the website or service into draft/inactive status.
Reactivation may require:
KAVERO is not responsible for loss of traffic, leads, messages, rankings, visibility, data, business opportunities or customer inquiries caused by non-payment, suspension or cancellation.
Customers remain the owners of the photos, logos, text, trademarks, business information and other materials they provide to KAVERO.
By providing content to KAVERO, the customer gives KAVERO permission to use, edit, resize, format, publish and display that content as needed to provide the requested services.
The customer confirms that they have all rights and permissions needed to provide the content to KAVERO.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, KAVERO owns and controls the website project, technical setup and service environment while the customer is using the KAVERO service.
The customer pays for the right to use the website service while the monthly business care or subscription fee is paid.
After 24 months of regular payment, ownership of the specific website project may transfer to the customer, subject to KAVERO’s internal process, payment status and any technical or contractual conditions communicated by KAVERO.
A customer may request an earlier buyout or export of the website project. The price and scope of the buyout or export will be assessed by KAVERO based on the work performed, project complexity, included features and technical requirements.
KAVERO is not required to provide source files, project exports, documentation, access credentials or technical handover unless the customer has paid the agreed buyout/export amount and all outstanding fees.
Custom domains purchased for a customer belong to the customer, subject to payment of the relevant domain fees and the terms of the domain provider.
Customers are responsible for:
KAVERO may refuse, remove, suspend or request changes to content that we reasonably believe is:
KAVERO is not responsible for claims, promises, pricing, product descriptions, health claims, financial claims, business representations or other content provided by the customer.
KAVERO may help customers create, improve or update Google Business profiles or other third-party platform listings.
The customer understands that Google, Meta and other third-party platforms are independent services and are not controlled by KAVERO.
KAVERO does not guarantee:
Third-party platforms may reject, suspend, restrict, change or remove profiles or content according to their own rules.
Complex cases, including duplicate profiles, suspended profiles, ownership disputes, failed verification, lost access or unusual business categories, may require extra work and extra fees.
If KAVERO helps purchase or configure a custom domain for a customer, the domain belongs to the customer once paid for and registered for that customer.
Domain registration, renewal, transfer and availability are subject to the rules and fees of the relevant registrar or domain provider.
Domain fees are non-refundable once purchased.
If a customer does not pay renewal or related domain fees, the domain may expire, become unavailable or be purchased by someone else. KAVERO is not responsible for loss of a domain caused by non-payment or registrar policies.

It does not include major redesigns, new pages, custom features, complex integrations, major content rewriting, emergency work, SEO campaigns, advertising management or third-party dispute resolution unless agreed separately.
KAVERO may charge extra fees for work outside the included scope.
KAVERO aims to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, KAVERO’s total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the customer to KAVERO for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
You agree to protect and compensate KAVERO against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:
KAVERO may update services, features, pricing, policies and these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active customers. Continued use of KAVERO after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If you are a consumer and mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts in Serbia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
